		<description>Dear valued readers,

We regret to inform all, due to severe manpower shortages.

We cannot post ANY of your comments on this blog.

As every avaliable man has been tasked to profile part 2 [completed] &amp; 3 [they appear to be having serious problems with stabilizing their models.

From what I am able to make out, the report is divided into 3 parts.

Part 1 provides a brief history / Part 2 is a present take and part 3 forms the main body of the suggested solutions.

From the looks of it.

It may overshoot the timeline, but I seriously don&#039;t think so.

As this people have an unbroken 100% track record on delivery reliability] of the draft.

Pls note, the Brotherhood have informed me.

They are currently NOT in position to confirm or deny whether this report is for AIMS or any org for that matter.

They do NOT mind material submitted here to be used by anyone else for the purposes of policy planning, but they do NOT want this to be attributed in any way or form to them directly or indirectly.

They prefer to keep a low profile and remain in the shadows [I think they dont trust the press, if you ask me. The don&#039;t mind govt/ Infact, they have alot of respect for our govt planners. But for some strange reason, all of them are deeply mistrustful of the MSM].

I will get into serious trouble, if they are referenced or mentioned in the MSM. Infact, I will die. Bear in mind, I have stuck my neck out as I really want our govt to succeed in this enterprise while safeguarding the best interest of netizens, that is why, I am taking such extraordinary risk.

Only pls remember, the brotherhood are not like the PAP.

If you fail here, there is no second chance.

Everyone will just make a neat circle and someone will just throw me a ray gun.

These ppl are nomads, they don&#039;t tolerate weakness of any kind.

Dont ask me why they are like that. They are just like that lah.

It is best, if you do not even mention, reference or cite them. Treat them as if they never once existed.

They seem to be happiest that way, for some strange reason that even I cannot fully understand.
