Is AI a real n present threat to humanity?

The short answer is no! The reason is no matter how advanced the AI is, one constant remains as a great equalizer against a supposedly psycho AI and it is simply this – it requires the constancy of human input….that’s to say it cannot function mutually exclusively from mankind, suggestions that it can somehow resemble a terminator dystopian killer robot are perpetuated by governments and interest groups simply because they have nefarious strategy to impose some command and control over this technology for their own specious advantage…..having said all that humans who use AI will certainly be a real and present threat to humans who don’t know how to use AI.
